Very bad service from Alexander Forbes

<p>For 3 weeks now Alexander Forbes inform me that they will pay my money Friday! Friday they told me that they could not pay because there is only one person that do the payments, and its a holy holiday for that person they will do the payment on monday. When I phoned them now they told me they could not reach the administrator, I must phone again after 3 days! Each call takes about 30 minutes to eventually find out no one can tell me whats going on!! They phoned me to tell me when they going to pay, but NOTHING!!!!!
