Very bad service

I have requested twice now on the total amount paid out on my profidunt fund, because the total amount deducted from my salary and the amount does not add up. The most disturbing thing is kusha Naidoo one of the consultants was very shady and was willing to give me any info on the amount to be paid out and promised to send me a break down but never did. I am still awaiting a response from these people as there is a R1000 difference between what was deducted from my salary and what they paid out, they don't provide no benefits statement no formal statement nothing the consultant Kusha Naidoo was very dodegy and his reasons for not wanting to tell me what the amount is they paid out. Please provide me with urgent feedback as to what is going on
