Very Bad Service cant even answer their phones

I Am very upset with Alexander Forbes there is no communication from them since my documents was submitted on the 8 April 2019 as i re-sieved an sms on Wednesday afternoon very late i have to contact them regarding my banking details and my surname but when you call them you have to hold on very long witch is very bad as it is very expensive to call them and to hold on so long i am not happy with the service i am receiving from them
