Very Bad service!

Unpaid claims I am so disappointed on how Alexander Forbes has been conducting the claim that has been submitted. I have been following up week in week out for constructive feedback. The consultants seems to be unable to answer and give constructive feedback. I keep getting incorrect feedbank and that auto reply message that they will provide feedabck in 2 business days and still no one gets back to me.I have sent necessary documents and it seems the consultants DO NOT read or pay attention to detail.Tax certificate has to be updated and they keep sending the one with incorrect information, claim needs to be paid..what else must a person do to get assistance..VERY BAD SERVICE!
