Very bad service!

I have had a query since 2014 with these people and until today, it is still not sorted.

Number that I try to call, u get put on hold and then the line transfers to multiple people who are not even in the call center but private cellphone numbers of other people?!

Communication is very bad with these people and I would definitely need t recommend to anyone to deal with this company!

You don’t have to investigate anything. Pay out my money so that I do not have to deal with you guys anymore please. I have really had enough unsuccessfully communication from you guys.

I have received an email from a consultant yesterday to tell me a story of what happened to the account. I know what happened because I had to call in and waste time and money to figure out what was going on due to very poor communication on your side and I have emails where I am asking for feedback but get no reply to prove this. In this email from yesterday they ask me for documents that I have sent through 2 days ago already. I have sent it through AGAIN! 2014 to date, still no payout.
