Very bad
I have been calling in and emailing but to no avail I got one email stating everything is in order even that there's no issues with sars it states it takes 4 weeks it's past 5 weeks already I've been asking for a track update again but nothing

02 Oct 2024, 08:50And on top of it when u go on the app nothing works so how are u suppose to see it's already bad that u are unemployed but waiting and getting no response is even more agitating in this whole situation I have kids that needs to be provided for after I did send all the necessary documentation
