Vague feedback delayed payout
After battling in court for over a year I finally got a court order for a payout ftom the father's pension fund as managed by Alexander forbes. The court order stated a 30 day deafline for the pay out. The form was first submitted on 16 Nov 2017. After battling to get into contact with the supposed correct people, feedback was sp**** if at all. It has now been 49 days and still nothing. Vague feedback of forms going back and forth. The matter is urgent because of 2 toddlers yet no one seems to be "on top of" things. How can a court ordered payout not be completed in 49 days already??!
