Utterly useless service.
I have been trying to move my retirement savings for almost a year now and it has been an utter disaster, the shear lack of response to multiple emails and careless approach to this has been astonishing. I would assume that transferring money would be a rather routine process but it has been overly complicated. I need this to be resolved urgently!
