Utterly pathetic service

I am utterly disgusted with the level of service and rudeness I have been experiencing with Alex Forbes. I was contacted through one of their tracing companies regarding money that was due to me, on the 13th July I forwarded all completed documentations to the. I was advised by their call center it takes 6-8 to process and payout. Every time I called to find out of everything is in order they gave me the run around, I also asked for a value letter about 9 times and still have not received it. I was supposed to receive my money at least by the 7th September, still nothing was paid out. I have sent numerous amounts of emails and calls but their *********** staff kept on telling me that a manager will call me back. I hope that no one ever experience this utter nonsense with them.
