Utter disgust in Alexander Forbes

It's my 3rd complaint of Alex Forbes on hello Peter and to date I have not received any feedback with regards to my payment. My forms was signed on the 26 May 2022 and I waited the normal 4-6 week period to receive payment. I send emails to which I don't get any respond. James O'Connell has confirmed to me that my paperwork is now with the administrators. So how long still do I have to wait and go through this torture I'm receiving from Alexander Forbes. It's really sad how you treat your clients and how poor you are in rectifying your lack of customer satisfaction and urgency especially wrt my claim.
