Using Alex Forber means delays in getting benefits
Resigned in December 2024 and still awaiting withdrawal and transfer of my retirement savings. Instead they're reducing in value everyday. When I call AF's contact centre am told they have asked the adminstrator to provide feedback on the delays but there's nothing they can tell me yet. They cannot provide me even with an email address of their adminstrator but all I get is excuses. Horrible experience. I can only imagine what retirees are going through. Next time, I will choose wisely and invest elsewhere.
