Useless, worst service ever experienced

How this company call themselves professional is beyond comprehension!!! Tomorrow it will officially be two weeks of trying to get a tax certificate from them. You would think with an ID, tax and directive number this is a 2min exercise, but no. I have made around 13 international calls now trying to resolve this, but still I'm no further than two weeks ago. Twice a manager was going to phone me back, but I'm still waiting. When you ask for a manager while on the call they are all busy, every single time... The issue is affecting my SARS filing for 2022. There is no ETA, no feedback and it is I the client that needs to keep wasting money to try and get this resolved. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
