Useless Service and holding on to money that doesnt belong to them

Lost documents/no feedback/undue delays in payout of provident fund. My last day of employment at my previous employers the 25th of June. As per A forbes, payment can take up to 6 weeks. 6 weeks is up tomorrow, and it seems they are not even aware of this application. They are also not providing feedback to my ex-employer's HR department!!! I need to use the money for a deposit on a house I've bought - please contact me urgently to advise when I can expect to recieve my money!!!!!! I hope for your sake it will be within the next few days. I am currently on a call with the call centre and have been holding for 12 minutes. I have also now been placed on hold as it seems the lady has no idea whats going on. I expect to be called by the HOD by close of business with a resolution!!!!!!
