Useless Service!!!! 2 years in a row
I have never received good service from these arrogant people . They have standard templates for replies and no one calls back. My son is not allowed from next TERM in school because they fail to call me back and pay the school fees . I hate this company . Ud swear it's their money and it's not .

There's nothing to investigate here.
My sons school fees is not paid ...
I have app**** for adhoc payment last year and it took Nqobile and her friends 3 months .
This year same thing.
What is difficult about getting a query,calling and processing it ?
Do what you promised my late sons father's company.
If you can't handle the money and clients please say so we will go to court to move the funds to another competent institution.
My son gets Red envelopes and laughed at because his mom didn't pay school fees...
This is unacceptable...
