USELESS & INCOMPOTENT - ALEXANDER FORBES, WHAT A DISGRACE
Alexander Forbes must be the most useless company to ever existed.
They have deactivated all functions and options on their online portal and whatsapp line which prevents anyone from doing anything.
My wife has been struggling to get a IT3 certificate for her tax return, which seems impossible with this disgrace of a company.
Calling them results in staying on the line for an hour before someone answers, just to be redirected to hold the line again for half an hour... To just be told they can't assist with this certificate.
I guess they don't pay their internet as sending them emails results in nothing - no response - no call back as requested - just silence for over a week.
Honestly, this company should just move everyone's portfolio's to a competent company, and then close down as that is all they are good for.
