Useless - Do not trust

They offer the service to call you back after 12 WORKING hours (they don't answer calls and rely on the fact that no-one can afford to hold for 30 minutes), so that's basically two days to return a call, depending what time you call. Emails are attended after 48 WORKING hours, so a week? This morning, an automated message "everyone in a meeting". Really? Instead of meetings, try damage control, do some work and resolve everyones claims. I have no idea why companies would tarnish their own reputations by trusting their employees hard earned money in this useless company. Please don't bother with your generic reply, or "there is a delay excuse phone call", make an effort and transfer my money.
