Useless and No Feedback

4 days after emailing my enquiry i have still had no response from anyone at Alexander Forbes only the automated responces, does anyone actually work there???? I have tried to call the call centre to no avail as after holding for over 5 minutes nobody attended to my call. This is the worst service i have ever received from a financial institution in future i would rather trust my money with someone who is capable of assisting their clients.
