Useless Alexander

Worst service ever. Such incompetence, lies and confusion. After numerous calls to speak to them I eventually spoke to Shireen, after a couple of others, who is supposedly a senior person. She giggled all the way through the conversation eventually the call is disconnected and she never calls back. Registered complaints since but just the automated response and nothing else. I just hope that I can get some legal advise and deal with these guys. It's going to be a battle I'm sure and a real inconvenience. They should take the money they pay the staff who apologies for all their errors and use it to train the ones who deal with us at their call centre. I don't need apologies, I need answers. It can't be that complex.
