Useless

I recently resigned and opted to have my pension money paid out to me so that I can invest it abroad. Alexander Forbes took several months to pay me the money. For some inexplicable reason they didn't send me any document that I can use as proof of where I got the money. I reached out to them and asked them for it, but they are ignoring me. I guess I'll just have to spend the money on groceries and fuel, because I can't invest that amount of money anywhere without proving where I got it.

When I moved to a different company in 2015 they also took about six months to move my money from one fund to the other (both are administered by Alexander Forbes) and there was no capital growth during that time.
