Urgent Feedback required from the Beneficiary Fund Trust Consultants

I urgently need feedback from the Alexander Forbes Beneficiary Fund Trust Consultants. I sent through a request on the 19th August, attached all the necessary documentations, invoice and banking details I am still waiting on feedback. My request was only sent on Friday 30th August to the trust consultants and now I am still waiting on feedback. As per my numerous phone calls and numerous emails, all I get told is they still have not received feedback. I urgently need feedback today still as the place I have purchased an item from and paid the deposit wants to know when they can receive payment as they can no longer hold the item for me anymore. If I cannot give them an answer soon I will be loosing my deposit paid. If someone can please urgently find out when the Beneficiary Fund Trust Consultants will be giving me feedback and paying for the item, that will be highly appreciated. This matter is very urgent as I have explained in my numerous emails.
