Urgent concern

I have resigned from my previous employer and requested for my pension fund to pay out . They have without my permission slit my pension fund into two funds CPSA and Scaw preservation fund so I requested for both to pay out I have send many requests for them to communicate with me via the Alexander Forbes app but no contact directly to me yet the one fund has disappeared off my app but no payout and the scaw one is still showing please communicate to me on what’s going on I’m very concerned and need direct communication so if ***** is in progress we can pinpoint it sooner than later
