URGENT Assistance Required: Pension Withdrawal Claim Delay

Hi there, I am writing to express my distress regarding my pension withdrawal claim, submitted on 3 September 2024. I was assured the payout process would take 6 weeks (a maximum of 8 weeks), but we are now approaching week 12, and I have yet to receive ANY money nor any update. When I contacted the claims department, they were unable to even locate the status of my claim. I trusted Alexander Forbes, as a reputable and professional company, to handle this process efficiently without constant follow-ups. However, after my call this morning and subsequent research, I found numerous similar complaints, which has heightened my concerns and as I am sitting here, I am a nervous wreck. As the sole breadwinner for my household, this delay has placed me under immense financial pressure. Without the funds by the end of November, I face the very real possibility of losing my house and defaulting on critical obligations. I am pleading (BEGGING) for urgent assistance to ensure my claim is processed and paid out before the end of the month. Your help in resolving this matter would mean everything to my family and me. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY?????
