Urgent assistance
To whom it may concern. I submitted my claim on the 12 September to get money to assist my mom in-law to get medication. Now I have a Funeral to prepare for and no money. Please advise who should I speak to, to get payment.

14 Oct 2024, 13:51Good day, I am not sure what is happening However I checked my status by logging in and my status shows that my claim moved from being under payment processing now it is under my claim has been registered. It has moved backwards instead of forward. Please advise as may people have advised me that they were long time paid and I have not yet been paid. This weekend we have a funeral and no money from my side. It's been a difficult one. Please please advise.
