<p>I am furious! I have been for over 4 months without a Discovery medical aid card!!!! And I am currently travelling for weeks on end without any security. This is purely disgusting!</p> <p>I took time to send an email to Discovery and Alexander Forbes and Alexander Forbes consultant (Garth Smith) promised to deliver the cards last week Wednesday!!!!</p> <p>And still there is no cards!</p> <p>Discovery Health as a Medical Scheme and Alexamder Forbes gets paid on a monthly basis for all their services but yet they can't deliver.</p> <p>This is absolutely shocking as I did not expect this type of service delivery. </p> <p>How on earth do you expect me to use my medical aid account without having any identity. This is pathetic.</p> <p>If anything should happen to me on the road and I do not receive the treatment I am paying for then this will not end kindly. I should not nag to receive the promised treatment for which I am paying. If you can't afford to provide your customers with medical aid cards then maybe you do not deserve the status the industry has afforded you!</p>
