Unsatisfied Customer

After countless attempts to follow up on feedback that was promised to me today by the Alexander Forbes complaints department, I still haven't received any.

Calling the department, leaving messages and being promised that I will be called back also seems like an exercise to just "brush me off".

I am patiently becoming frustrated with this level of service, as I need to know the status and outcome of my withdrawal notification. This is money that is required in an unprecedented family emergency.

I hope this message reaches out to someone with a good conscious and is willing to assist me.
