Unsatisfactory

It is now almost a month of waiting for the values from their Actuarial department and have made lots of follow ups with no luck. Clearly they dont know what professionalism is all about if they can't do just one simple task. My client has been waiting for almost a decade now (that's I'd explain it) for the funds to be transferred to Liberty Life. To this date after my last email last week I still have not received any feedback from the company. In the meantime my client must suffer because of their incompetence. <br> <br>
