Unsatified customer

I am really frustrated with the service I have received from Alexander Forbes. I have been chasing up my provident fund withdrawal and I have been passed around between them and my previous employer. When I call them, they don't pick up at all. I have spent several hundreds of rands on airtime to call in and they don't even have the decency of responding to my emails I have sent them. All documentation has been submitted, so please advise why there is a delay with my withdrawal. I left my employer of the 17th od November 2022. It's sad that I have to resort to this, but if it gets Alexander Forbes to respond and deal with my issue then that would be great.
