Unresolved Issues and Poor Service from Alexander Forbes

I am extremely disappointed with the service we’ve received from Alexander Forbes. We have been trying to resolve an issue for months, with little to no assistance or progress. To make matters worse, when we tried contacting their customer service today, 12th December, we were met with a recorded message stating they are closed due to a public holiday. To clarify, today is not a public holiday, making this excuse unacceptable.

This is just the latest example of the ********** service we have endured. For a company of Alexander Forbes’ reputation, one would expect far better communication and efficiency. Resolving our issue should not take months of follow-ups.

Please address this matter urgently, as our patience has worn thin.
