Unreasonable delay in provident fund
I hereby lodge a formal complaint regarding the non-payment of my provident fund benefits.
My details: - Full Name: Solomon Bonginkosi Maphosa - ID Number: *** - Employee Number: Z*** - Employer: Impala Platinum Mine, Rustenburg - Last working day: 24 March 2026 - Date claim submitted: 27 March 2026
It has now been over 3 months since my resignation and submission of all required documents. This exceeds the standard 6-8 week processing period.
The delay is causing me severe financial hardship. :
