Unprofessional unpaid claim

If I could rate a 0 star I would. I made a claim 4 months ago towards my pension fund accumulated for 20 year with them . When illness stike I have been sent from pillar to hell to get my money. The only thing I haven't sent is my baptism certificate. All documents submitted initial the 4 weeks sms and i waited now 4 months . Daily calling for voice mails . The was a time I was given a case number for immediate attention Case nr: CAS*** and all sorts of things . My kids school food shelter shattered by unprofessional ....., we running the streets now like I never built a safety net .
