Unprofessional services
Early July I was contacted by ICTS Tracing acting on behalf of Alexander Forbes and they told me about unclaimed funds which I confirmed with AF. I than submitted my personal information and documents to them and they told me that the claim will take about 8wks to 3 months, I than contacted ICTS about the status of my claim than which referred me to AF. I than contacted them about 2wks ago and to date I have neve heard from them again. Pathetic and unprofessional services from them. I don't recommend them to anyone
