Unprofessional customer service

Being trying the whole day , calling Alexander Forbes to try & get a tax cert. TO NO AVAIL! Calls go unanswered for ages ,then diverted to a switchboard & then promptly dropped.... Cannot connect with a consultant! Extremely frustrating day spent on the phone!
