Unprofessional Call Centre

i was dissmed in the 9th October 2020 and withdrawal documents was submitted on the 12th October 2020.no communications was made by Alexander Forbes to myself. Today I contacted the call center that told me a completely different story and also that my claim will be finalized at the end of November. This is unacceptable, I have no source of income and have bills and I family I need to provide for. I am I would like urgent assistance in this matter.
