UNPROFESSIONAL

I resigned from my previous employer on the 31st August 2015. I had already submitted my claim through on the 25th August, to which I also received confirmation from Alexande Forbes via SMS. I had then called Tshepang after 6 weeks going by. To which she repsonded by saying I would definitely be paid out on the 1st / 2nd October. I obviously took her word. And was proved WRONG! I find it utterly disgusting that we have to beg you to provide proper service even when you are a well known service provider. Its disgusting! Utterly disgusting! I will never reccomend ALEXANDER FOREBS to anyone. Cause clearly your customers arent that important!
