Goodmorning monday consultant phoned me AF informing me she would get back to me by close of bussiness tuesday with an update it never happened an im stil waiting just want them to finish my unclaimed benefit cause i need the money im 58yrs old uneployed with bills thats in arrears but it doesnt seem they take u serios always getting back to u but it never happens again i will never recomend any sain person to do bussiness with Alexander forbes ever they hav no customer relations an think nothing of their clients an clients situations Bad Service

Hi i would like alexander foet forbes would treat my application for my unclaimed benefit with the same urgency that they treat the two pot system cause my unclaimed benefit has been lying there for sometime an i have bills to pay which is long overdue please TIA

Hi been contacting Alexander forbes since the beginning of october about my unclaimed benefit M***0 got 2 ref no syol no response from them thats how they treat people first ref no AO-69 T second ref CCCG-5128 suppose to get back to me by tuesday at the end of bussiness day NOTHING thats how they treat a 58yr old unemployd thats about to be evicted for arrears an non payment after i submitted all paperwork for my unclaimef benefit ictstracing informed me about the service is pathetic an very poor customer relations would never recomend any sane person to do bussiness with them
