Unprofessional

I have been trying to reach out to Alexander Forbes concerning my claim payout. I've sent out numerous emails and all I get is that automated email saying a consultant will contact me soon. It's been a month already. I also called their line and I was put on call waiting for over 25mins eventually my airtime was exhausted. Clearly the only way to these companies is through a hello Peter review.
