Unprocessed Provident Fund Claim

My name is Ayanda Songelwa. I am writing this email on behalf of my 82 years old mother has been duly authorized to control of the assets of the Estate of the late son.

We visited the Woodstock office in 2016, the lady who assisted us, told us she can see there's money in there but we need to bring my brothers service history which we don't know where to get as my brother was changing jobs and my mom she couldn't recall all those places according to her age and the office couldn't help us without that information. In July 2022 I sent the email to their complaints department I was asked to send all documents we have for the claim since then no feed back.
