Unpaid retirement fund

I ended my employment with a company at end of April 2025.

Since then my retirement annuity fund hasn't been paid out till this day.

I have submitted numerous forms, over and over again and Alexander Forbes keep telling me that the problem is with the company.

I have contacted the company numerous times and they said the issues is on the AF side.

I am immigrating at the end of the month and need this to be sorted out ASAP.

My bank account will be closed soon and I need to urgently withdraw this money that has been months overdue.

Please assist as I can't keep following up with the company and AF whilst I keep getting no results.

Still no help with regards to my things being finalised.

Just emails saying it still needs to be processed, no urgency whatsoever.

This has been the most draining process ever & I can't seem to see the end of it.
