Unpaid provident fund.
Claims still not processed after 6 weeks I have claimed after i was dismissed on the 03 of September however even now he still has not received my provident fund pay out. It has been more than 6 weeks waiting with no feedback. I am highly disappointed with Alexander Forbes and how they treat their clients. i have been sent from pillar to post with no luck. This is poor customer service .i even spoke with my HR to send me the date when he sent the documents to AF ,and it was on the 09 September. ITS 8 WEEKS OF WAITING WITHOUT ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM AF. The wait is just too much .
