Unpaid provident fund claim

I resigned from my previous employer in march with a notice in April. On the 13th of May I received an sms from my provident fund(AF) notifying me of their receipt of my claim and promised to pay within six weeks. That was the 1st and last correspondence from them up to now. I call them on the 29 of June they told me that my money was paid on the 25th of May I have to check with my bank. After thorough check up I called them again, they told me my payment was supposed to come into different part the 1st one was paid on the 25th of May and apologised for the other one and promised to pay it in the next two week latest the 17th of July 2020 but until today have not received anything
