Unpaid pension fund benefits

I am Nwabisa Kobeni. I submitted my pension fund claim on the 1st of April 2022 and was told about a TAT of 2 weeks. Everytime I contact your call center I get different stories then they will say they will transfer the call to an administrator even know I'm still awaiting for the response from the administrator. On Friday i spoke to Ephraim he said they still await for last months salary schedule and tracker confirmed that it was sent already today I spoke to Mpho who said it will take a week to get tax directives and get the funds disbursed. I'm really disappointed in your service not sure who to blame your call center agents or the administrators. My contact number is *** and email address ***
