Unpaid claims

I am so disappointed on how Alexander Forbes has been conducting the claim that has been submitted by the beginning of july 2025. I have been calling in week in week out for constructive feedback. The consultants seems to be unable to answer and give constructive feedback. I have sent necessary documents multiple times and they keep on saying i must wait for 14 days for my claim to be paid out. It is 4 months down the line and i have still not got my claims. This is really bad as i have worked very hard for years for this money now i have to keep on calling in for my money that should've been paid months back. Alexander Forbes pay my money.
