Unpaid Claim from 01 September 2015

in the beginning of month September i phoned Alexander Forbes to find out if my ex-company (Wits Health Consortium) has submitted a claim for my provident fund only to find that the withdrawal forms was not yet send to Alexanders Forbes. I contacted my ex-company and i filled the withdrawal forms submitted to my ex-company Wits Health consortium which it was completed there as well and forwarded to Alexander Forbes the very same first week of September 2015. the second week i phoned Alexander Forbes to find out if they received all the forms from my ex company and they confirmed that they have received everything and have send my documents for tax clearance and they will payout my provident fund claim in about 4 weeks but that four weeks lapsed still nothing paid to my account. I phoned to ask why is my claim taking so long and was told to go get bank statements and fill some forms which i don't understand as they confirmed to me that they have received everything that they needed from my ex-company for them to process my claim. This is complete incompetency and destroys the reputation of Alexander Forbes as hole. Please i need my money the waiting period has past already
