Unpaid Claim

I have been waiting for my claim to be paid for over 7 weeks now from Alexander Forbes. They sent an SMS confirming that I will get payment within 4 weeks but so far I have not received any feedback. I have called their call centre numerous times and I have been told about SARS issue and then again I was informed that that has been resolved but still I have not received payment. I have sent numerous emails to their Administrator who promised to monitor my claim but when ever I send follow up emails I get no response. It's frustrating especially when you are unemployed, can I get my money please schools will open soon I have kids to support.
