Unpaid claim

<p>My provident fund remains unpaid although the withdrawal date was 31 March and they promise 6-8 weeks. AF claims they have not received my last contribution and my former employer claims they did. In fact my former employer went to the extent of escalating the matter to the AF Administrators and indicated that if they ar ehaving issues with the last contribution, they should make a payout of what they have and my employer will just pay me the last contribution directly to me because this excuse of no last contribution is riduculous. Its been 10 WEEKS. On 8 June my former employer informed me that AF has committed to paying me out on 9 June but that never happened and my former employer and my self (seperately) have requested proof of payment and to date now 13 June they hav enot sent it. Infact on my side the AF consultants told me that there is no trecord of a payout and that they are awaiting feedback from the Administrators. I am tired of followig up and I am extremely dissappointed with this turn around time!</p>
