Unpaid claim

after being with them for 10 years .you would think the customer service you receive would be rated very highly but there agents have no telephone managers and are not help full at all you would thinknthat after resigning and once all documentation has Ben completed in the process of resigning and submitted to them on time your claim would be paid on time I'm truly disappointed to hear that nothing was done with my claim and o have to wait another 4- 12 weeks i wouldn't recommend this place to any future clients looking to invest cause when its time for them to be of assistance they no help at all
