Unpaid claim

Hi, My name is Thabo, My contract ended from my previews employer SA METALS on the 19 August 2015, I havent received money from my pension fund today. Every time I contact Alexander Forbes they told me they cant process my claim due to Instruction documents from (HR)SA METALS, I have been contacting HR, They told me that they have send the documents. <br>
