Unnecessary delays in releasing my money

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Alexander Forbes. My provident fund has been delayed for far too long, and despite constant follow ups from my side, there is still no progress or proper communication.

This is my money, and I should not have to keep chasing a company for answers about my own funds\.
