Unnecessarily dragging unreasonable processes

Why does Alexander make up these long processes for a Provident Fund Withdrawal just for the fun of it??? Disinvesting funds cannot take more than 5 days, SARS tax directives does not take more than 48hrs and the payout should not take up more than 3 to 5 days. So where does the 4 to 6 weeks process come from? Why do they drag a process unnecessarily? All my documents and forms were submitted correctly in November 2024 to my previous employer. Why am I being penalised by Alexander Forbes because my employer submitted my claim late? All my claim documents are in order, all my details are up to date. My last contribution was received. Why has there been no movement on my claim and why can it not be escalated if all is in order?
