Unknown Charges on Provident Fund statement

I called in to enquire about odd expense items appearing on my account and after holding for close to 20 min I was through to a lady (Neo Nkhopho) who told me she only dealt with claims even though I had not selected claims on voice prompts. I was then transferred to another gentleman (Goodman) he didnt even complete taking my id no. he just then cut the call and didnt return my call. I called in again and the system put me through to Neo again a claims agents although I do not select claims during the voice prompts. I was then transferred to Eugene who stated that they cant provide details regarding this.

The charges appearing on my statement appear to be significantly large at R2 039.15 per month. There is no detail regarding what the charge entails. I wish to receive an invoice that outlines clearly what such expenses relate to.
